Charles Bryan Katipunan is one Project Malasakit's newest scholar from the sector of the urban poor.
Charles was the school Valedictorian in his batch in Batasan National High School. He is a son of a taxi driver. They live in an old garage of taxis and jeepneys in Quezon City. In his first year as a college student, he earned a 1.25 grade point average. Charles Bryan is taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) and received an award for exemplary academic performance from the University of the East.
